FINOak Jax Oleum pre-finished key specifications:

Dimensions: Planks available in 1900mm × 190mm, 2200mm × 260mm, and 600mm × 125mm formats, with a total thickness of 15mm. The 600mm × 125mm size is offered in a herringbone pattern.

Construction: Three-ply engineered hardwood with a genuine European oak surface, stabilised core and balancing backing layer.

Oak wear layer: Features a 4mm genuine European oak top layer.

Surface finish: Rustic grade European oak with a bespoke Jax Oleum colour oil finish, sealed with two coats of durable Jax 2K sealer.

Locking system: Välinge 5G click system provides accurate and efficient installation.

Installation: Suitable for floating or fully bonded glue-down installation. Ready for light use the day after installation.

Structural stability: The stabilised core improves dimensional stability and reduces the natural movement associated with solid timber.

Underfloor heating: Compatible with suitable underfloor heating systems, subject to approved installation requirements.

Warranty: Includes a 25-year limited manufacturer warranty, subject to applicable terms and installation requirements.

Packaging: Eight planks per box for the 1900mm × 190mm format, covering 2.888m².

Maintenance: Clean using a dry or lightly damp microfibre mop and an approved timber floor cleaner. Avoid excessive water, abrasive detergents and steam cleaning.
