Grid

Grid is a heavy commercial carpet tile from Belgotex, built to handle sustained high traffic while offering a considered pattern colour placement across ten warm, landscape-inspired tones: Sunset, Sunrise, Horizon, Rocky Edge, Headland, Twilight, Dryland, Vesper, Cloud Break and Thunder. New Floors Nation supplies Grid to South African businesses looking for durable, design-conscious flooring for demanding commercial environments.

Grid is tufted from Stainproof SDX solution-dyed nylon, incorporating recycled content in selected colourways, with a pile height of around 2mm and a total thickness of approximately 6mm. Standard sizes range from 50x50cm up to 100x100cm on a NexBac SX backing, with EcoBac 300 and EcoBac 500 available as custom backing options. The tile offers strong colour fastness to light and rubbing, along with dependable fire resistance, sound absorption and thermal resistance figures suited to busy commercial floors.

Installation is carried out in accordance with the SANS 10186 fitting code of practice, with tessellated, ashlar, brick, monolithic and random layouts all supported. Belgotex recommends carpet protector mats in areas where castor wheels see regular use, helping preserve the tile’s appearance over time.
