Accelerate Shift rounds out Belgotex’s Accelerate range with a pattern that suits calm, understated commercial interiors. New Floors Nation offers Shift in Grounded, Comfort, Calm, Strength and Solid to South African clients specifying carpet tile for institutions, hospitality settings and general commercial spaces.

Shift is built on the same tufted multi-scroll loop pile structure found across the Accelerate collection, using Stainproof SDX solution-dyed nylon yarn with an Eco option in selected colours. The standard 50x50cm tile is roughly 5.5mm thick on a NexBac SX backing and meets the EN 1307 heavy commercial classification. It carries a Class 2 fire rating under SANS 10177-4 and Bfl-s1 under EN 13501, offers permanent static control, and performs well on sound absorption and thermal resistance, with compatibility for underfloor heating systems.

Belgotex covers Accelerate Shift with a 15-year limited wear warranty and 5-year guarantee, manufactures it in South Africa, and certifies it Green Tag level A plus with VOC emissions tested to GBCSA and GBCA standards. Custom plank and tile sizes are available on request, and layouts include tessellated, ashlar, random ashlar, brick, monolithic and colour mix.
